eBay Support Chat Not Working - Greyed Out and Unresponsive

Hi! eBay’s support chat has not been working for me since yesterday. The interface is greyed out and completely unresponsive - I can scroll through the chat options but can’t click anything or type messages. I’ve tried multiple devices and browsers, but the issue persists. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the problem. I’ve seen several other people reporting this same issue here, so it appears to be widespread. Please fix this as soon as possible, as it’s preventing users from getting help with urgent account issues.

You are talking to members like yourself and not eBay here, and they do not venture forth to this forum , more's the pity,  to read any of these issues.

Best form of communication with eBay, is through a Call Back option , and if you have an important account issue to discuss,   I do recommend wating and contacting tomorrow morning, or any weekday at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

It still being worked on by tech right now. Once we have confirmation of the fix it will be updated in the main thread here.

In the meantime there is a call option here.
