hi.
on my main account i have several "custom templates" that i click on in the description to auto-fill them. This works fine.
i'ven setup another account for user access (ie what an employee would use to draft listings) and on that account, when listing accessing the main account, the template is shown but nothing happens when it is clicked. You also cannot "manage" the templates.
I've adjusted the permissions to allow everything and i still get the same issue, so I cannot see a way to fix it, so i assume this is a glitch.
does anyone have any ideas?
