Why has E-bay stolen 2000 points from my Sainsbury's account. When I contacted Nectar they said they would look into it and sent me a new card which they said they would put my Nectar points on. The points stolen were worth £10 and I also had another £13 + on the card. When the new card arrived there were no points on it at all.

Nectar is no longer in use on eBay since the 1st of September. Any points would be available on the Nectar account side. If they have sent you out a new card it can take time for points to go on. It would be best to reach out to Nectar help to have them check the details.

Don't lose hope, some Customer Service agents don't always ' get it right' , and it may just be a matter of time, waiting for those points to be credited.
However, one more thing. When you say they sent you a ' New Card', was this a replacement card so it's the same card account, if not, and it is a new card, you're starting from scratch with that.
Ensure if you still have the old card , that the account number is the same.
