Random Unauthorized Edits to Listings????

I've noticed that most if not all of my listings are showing unauthorized edits to the Payment Terms, Actual Postage, and Shop Category, dating back to at least the 2nd of October. Some of these edits were made at random times on the 11th of October (yesterday) when I was travelling, so I know I did not make any of those changes. I do not have any third-party integrations that I’m aware of that could be making edits remotely. It appears that no actual changes were made to the listings, but this issue has prevented a sale event I set up from displaying any items becuase of the 14 day edit rule. Has anyone else experienced this or know what might be causing it?

Thank you for your post. This does seem very strange. Does anyone else have access to your account? Some businesses have multi user access where other staff would perform tasks but this would be authorised by the business owners.

I would suggest for security reasons to change your password and if you haven't already there is the option for 2 step verification. Details on that here

Hello Kat,

No one has access to my account. However, I had started another thread before this one, and it appears, according to another user, that when eBay removed "Cash on Collection" from listings, it may have been classified as an edit to the listings, which then excluded them from sales markdown events. That user had a sale markdown running where all their listings disappeared from their sale when the "Cash on Collection" option was removed from the listings by eBay. All my listings had both "Cash on Collection" and managed payments enabled.

Thanks for the details. The cash on collection option being removed has started as of the 1st of October this month.  Changes like this shouldn't have an impact on listings. However I will share this feedback to the team in charge of the change to have it looked into.

Would it be possible to provide some item numbers for the listings you have mentioned that had edits and were not included in your sale event?
