I'm in a situation where the seller has agreed I can return an item but seems to be avoiding sending me a postage label. I requested the return 6 days ago. This article https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/ask-ebay-step-help-buye... says:
However on the Return details I can't see the option?
It says "the seller let us know they sent a return label" but they haven't. And then the only options are:

And if you click on "return details" the only option within there is "cancel return".
Anyone know where this supposed "Ask eBay to step in and help" option is supposed to be??

Yep, started it last Tuesday so it's been 4 now. Whereabouts is the option supposed to appear?

It should be via the case details link. If not try from the notification email you got from ebay when you started it. Or you can contact ebay in the morning and they will escalate it for you. You can request a callback on here:
