Trouble with make an offer on a desktop pc

Went to make a offer using the make a offer tab put amount in clicked enter cam up with the following message 

We looked everywhere.

Spoke to ebay and thee is a bug in the system at the moment works find on mobile but issue is with desk top pc lost he item was really un happy about it wait 72 hours maybe sorted anyone else had the same problem today?

Iv tried again on an older listing and it works, but newer listings are the problem seems okay on mobile if you're happy doing it that way, I'd rather do it on my pc.

Yesterday a buyer wanted to put an offer on an item that had that as an option. They messaged me saying they couldn’t put an offer for some technical problem then lost the sale as they gave up. Today someone put an offer of 100 on an item which I accepted. Later they messaged me saying they couldn’t pay or accept the offer as some tech problem. Lost another sale. Never experienced this before on EBay uk. Is anyone else seeing similar problems. ? Shame as it’s been a bad week in eBay and just when I could have had some sales there were problems!
