System won't let me mark as dispatched

I have posted a small number of items on Monday and marked each as dispatched no problem. However one order keeps saying the item needs posting, it is now marked as overdue. I have tried multiple times over two days but computer says no. Anyone else had this or know what I can do? Thanks

Was it listed or sent with Simple Delivery?

No, it was listed for Royal Mail and just needed a stamp. I have done this with other items and its been fine. This was 3 items together - light and cheap, but system won't let it be marked as dispatched.
