Can eBay stop with the looping Windows Hello prompts

I got stuck with this today. Logging into my payments page and given a screen prompting me to use windows hello and the skip button just has me enter my password and pops the windows hello prompt back again

This need to stop, I will be contacting support over this. Windows hello is not more secure than a complex password with 2FA and it's popping up for me on my computer that doesn't even use windows so the option is not available even if I wanted to reduce my security by using it

Hard agree. It's extremely obnoxious. It can hardly be presented as a "choice" whenever eBay prompt me every time I go to the website.

Please, stop it.

mine has just started to do this and it is not good, even if i press skip it still goes to password and i have to press cancel, its getting to the point were i will refrain from buying from here if it keeps happening, anyone have a fix please cheers wayne.
