Switch to mobile site problem.

Hello, This morning, I went on my mobile phone. The ebay page was different but this has happened before. I use the classic version. I go to an item I have 'recently looked at' on my listings, scroll to the bottom of the page and click to 'switch to mobile' (black rectangular box). This changes to mobile site, anther couple of tweeks, bottom of the page and click 'classic' and I'm in. However, this morning, clicking switch to mobile site is giving a page stating 'This site can't be reached, check if there is a typo in pages.m.ebay.co.uk, DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN". Is this an ebay glitch or something else? Anyone experiencing this at all? Thanks for any input.

Try manually deleting your ebay.co.uk cache and cookies. Or else try another browser.

I had the same issue on the dot com site but was able to switch to mobile in a private browser window. Once I deleted cache and cookies I was able to view the mobile site version again in a regular browser window.

Yep having same on both my iPhone using Safari. Says, Safari can’t open the page because the server can’t be found. Now I can’t go back to Mobile site

Same! I can’t also switch for mobile site, it says the same thing on Safari

Try Chrome see if that helps, as it seems to work best with eBay.

I am having the same problem with getting back to mobile site. The link at the bottom lets me change to classic site but won’t let’s change back to mobile view. Now every time I use classic mode I have sign out and clear all browser history just to make it normal mobile site. Something has changed and it’s made long with deleting history and signing in-out every time now.
