Shop video upload error

Attempting to upload a shop video upload gives the error "Page loading error, refresh to try again." File is within permitted size.

Thank you for your post.

Are you still experiencing issues with this? Can you check against the steps for uploading a video here

to see that it fits the correct format and size and follows the guidelines for policy.

If its all correct can you provide a screenshot of the error message you get ( block out any personal details) and detail what browser you use and video format and we can have it looked into.
