Send Offers to Interested Parties not working

When I try to send offers to interested parties, the pop up window is not populating properly, most of the right side of the window is blank. (Usually contains details of the listing including a picture.)

If I enter an offer price, the send offers button remains greyed out.

Exactly the same problem here i had online chat but as usual they denied anything wrong and were no help , very frustrating

Same here want to send offer just not allowing, i can add the % but the send offer button remains grey.

Same here, but works on the app. Don't normally use the app though so it's a pain

A note for anyone now leaping in to send some offers. Check the settings. Mine had gone from me stating the new amount to a percentage; I nearly sent a thirty percent discount rather than an offer of £30! Also, the switches to allow counter offers and to send automated offers have been reset.
