Send Offers to Interested Parties not working. As of today the button is disabled. My guess is that a previous bug fix has raised furthe issues

It's a known issue eBay are aware,  and are working on this.  You are not alone.

kat@ebay  our eBay Community Manager is helping with this too, and she can hopefully add your accounts to the ticket for eBay tech team to view, and advise on any updates for a fix,   or length of delay.

If possible, try using the eBay app to send offers.

Similar problems are being reported on ebay.com.
