Royal Mail labels error

Hi, I've been trying to print a Royal Mail postage label today and just keep getting this message - "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later."-...is there anyone else having this problem?

There was a recent issue with it being intermittent. Are you still experiencing this today?

Hi Kat, thank you for your message. I had to go to the post office as it wasn't working on ebay. I think actually the problem was my buyer was in jersey and I didn't know but it needed a customs label.

I could not get labels yesterday or today through eBay for Royal Mail .

I'm having the same issue too! Spoke to eBay customer service & they said to clear cache etc etc but nothing has worked. Had to go to Royal Mail website directly & purchase label.

same thing since before cristmas CS keeps saying ther looking at the broblem i have opened RM account also an evri account its a right pain as i post about 8-10 parcels per day seems ebay are not interested

Having problems myself, blank white screen where it says at top send. Royal Mail and will not go to the label page .

When I had this issue, the problem was my own address (sent from). I edited it from the order page to the version that eBay suggested (a change from Flat C to just C after the house number). Then it worked as usual.
