The Royal Mail's Tracking Number is not automatically being entered on to the Order when a postage label is purchased with eBay over the last 7 days.
It marks the item dispatched but not delivered. I noticed the Tracking numbers missing & looked up the label's purchase details and entered Tracking No. manually (items had been purchased a few days before & they showed delivered on the system 30 minutes later).
