Repeated issue with listings being removed in error due to being a prohibited item

Hoping someone can offer advice on a frustrating issue. My UK-registered online pharmacy account keeps having legitimate over-the-counter (OTC) listings incorrectly flagged and removed as prescription meds. This happens every few weeks.

The main problem is with one of our top-selling Pharmacy (P) medicines. It's repeatedly taken down, usually for 3-5 days, which significantly impacts our business. Recently, it was offline for almost two weeks despite daily contact with customer support and rejected appeals.

We believe the automated system might be confusing our UK OTC medication with prescription-only ones elsewhere (e.g., the US). It feels like a never-ending cycle.

Has anyone else experienced this with legitimate UK OTC items? How can we get through to the right eBay team to explain our situation and stop these disruptions? Standard customer service hasn't provided a permanent fix.

Last Thursday, support assured me they'd noted our authorisation for this specific item. Yet, four days later, it was removed again! I'm really stressed and unsure how to proceed.

Any guidance or suggestions from the community would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone found a way to resolve similar issues?

What a nightmare - you obviously comply and specialise in your field,  the only suggestion I can offer is to look at the titles, item specifics and pictures of the removed items to see if you can identify the key words causing AI to remove your listings and maybe tweak to avoid the offending words but still obtain search position.

Only a thought  - maybe try to escalate to a manager who can throw more light on it for you !
