Anyone having issues buying Royal Mail Labels via eBay

Just keeps saying unable to generate the label

Yes, same here. Strange as I printed two standard 1st class labels without a problem. I then  straight after tried to print Tracked 24 and standard International labels only to receive the unable to generate label message.

Have contact CS so there is a ticket gone in, i tried firefox and it works on there

Thanks for putting in the ticket. I was in Google when it stopped working.

I tried Edge and was able to print the labels so maybe it's a Google problem?

Stooped on all forms of internet, unable to process refunds too

Hi mteconlineshop, thanks for your post.

There is an issue preventing members from getting new labels, I've added you to the ticket, so your account can be resolved. Also, we've seen few members reporting issues when trying to issue a refund, so this is also under investigation. Once this is fully resolved, I will let you know here.
