Promoting a listing ..

I has been chating with someone in Ebay and ask how I can cancel a PROMOTE LISTING

she says that is ok ..I did ..and I have to cancel the item and relist again.

I check and AGAIN the item appears as PROMOTED

how can I cancel and eliminate this from the item? I has been relisting 3 times and 3 times has to cancel and 

can someone help me to do manually?

Are you using your phone?   It much trickier to revise relists on the app.   Use a desktop if possible.    If it's not that try clearing cookies or using a different browser.    Or you might have to start again from scratch.
