Problems with selecting delivery.

Had anyone had any issues with listing.  When trying to list an item, delivery is selected but when clicking on list item it comes up I haven't selected delivery details.  This happens with new listings, sell similar and even when I try and revise a listing.  I know i have selected everything correctly, now I am unable to add further listings......help !!!

The letter post pricing is not working,  for over a week I think

you have to chose courier 3-5 days then price your postage

or

padded envelope which will show 1.55 but is adjustable 

and then it should retain your postage cost instead of disappearing it over and over 

I wouldn’t have thought it matters what you call the package if you’re going to stick a stamp on and put in letterbox 

It’s something that will be brought up at tomorrows community team chat

I'm trying to revise listings from letter/large letter to the new large letter only option and it's not working.

I can select and save the new large letter option but when I try to enter the price the option disappears. I've

repeated the selection, saved it several times but it disappears every time I try to add the price. 

Not seen this before.

Sorry OP you won’t get much joy from them 

If you’re trying to list and use letter and it’s postage you can’t 

you can work around it like list as padded envelope an adjust the postage but ebays in a tailspin at the moment and everything that can go wrong  is going wrong 

eg if you do the above and put 87 p as postage when you go to buy the label it says service not available 

I guess if you use stamps it might be ok you just click despatched

According to ebay's blurb the new letter only and large letter only options were supposed to go live on the 23rd. They're there in the list of options but won't stay loaded. I'll just leave my listings as they are until it's sorted.
