You are speaking here to members like yourself, unless a reply comes edged in blue,  then no one replying works for eBay.

Your attachment shows a Yodel delivered item?

What is the issue,  can you not find the item?  If left in an usafe place,  items are frequently stolen.

To speak to Yodel as to where they left your item,  you need to message the seller and get their help as a courier will usually only speak to the sender of an item not the recipient.
