Permanently suspended for no reason

Hi all,

Using a new account to ask this as the title says, the account was suspended.

I got an email saying my account "activity has raised serious concerns". I've made two tickets with support getting the exact same email back.

The only activity I ever did was verify my details and make a listing. The price was too high for a new account, so I backed out, planning to sell lesser value items. Before I could do that, I got suspended. Has anyone else had this before?

TL:DR, account suspended for "activity" but no one is telling me what/why.

Thank you for the reply.

I set the account up purely to help a friend get rid of a load of junk, filling up several sheds. There was nothing suspicious about the account.

The account was no more than 3 days old, so this is definitely a mistake on eBay's technical end. However, due to eBay's lack of transparency, I'll gladly take this business elsewhere.
