Issue when trying to revise listings

Hi there,

When I try to revise a listing an error message appears saying 'downstream service failure in LDS'. It only happens on some listings, though. Please can you help?

I don't know about that specific message but you won't be able to revise listings that have had offers made on them.

Do you have the item number handy a screenshot of the error in question? Depending on the circumstances, you might not be able to revise a listing, but it could be a technical issue as well. Once you provide the information in question, I'll be happy to take a look for you no problem.
