Log out, clear cookies then log back in. Or use a different browser.

Hello, thank you for the quick reply. Without going too much in to the security posture I have setup, the cookie cache clears each time I close down the browser and I already have v good security settings in place on my browser so not prepared to use a different one. So I know what you have suggested doesn't work. I do use a VPN all the time. In short I have USD0.00 displayed on the payment dashboard and I'm thinking this should be GBP0.00 as I haven't made any sales yet as only joined today. Surely there must be a way within ebay itself to change from USD in the payment section to GBP as my address is recorded as UK in the new ebay account? Regards, Al

A thought --- Are you sure that the account Registration is recorded in the UK www.ebay.co.uk site ?. --- if Registered on the USA .com site, the Default Currency will remain USD $ and no matter how many changes are made to UK Locations, the default US Registration remains. Try disabling the VPN whilst setting the account as eBay is known to be averse to some.

Hi ale-bay.sales, thanks for your post.
I've just looked into it for you, and ran a test as well, and all seems to be working ok (all prices are coming back in GBP). Maybe try logging out of your account completely, clear the caches and cookies of your browser, then log back in and make sure that you are using the UK site (ebay.co.uk) and not the US site (ebay.com)
That should work ok for you.
Thank you,
Marco
