Anyone else having trouble sharing a link direct from ebay to facebook with the error pardon our interruption. I have been sharing to fb for a long time without any issues up til a few days ago and no matter what i do it does the same thing

Have no idea spoke to ebay for business on fb and they raised a ticket, they seem to think its not them which clearly it is

I'm having this to reported it to ebay several times and through their faceboko page enclaoing screen shots of what I see also commented on ebays page with screen shot of the message!

Yep thats what everyone is getting, i have also reported it with screenshots and business page on fb they seem to think its fb but it clearly isnt as it says pardon the interruption which is ebay not fb its a joke havent been able to use it for nearly 2 weeks

Let's see when our eBay Community Managers come on today, if they have any updates on this, as it's been goin' on too long.

nope na d've tried e-mailing ebay through here but you can't enclsoe a screen cap as they give no option to enclsoe a screen cap of what you see whih is daft so i had to send it through their facebook page, bene complaining ot hem for a weke now and each time i ask again on the issue i'm asked all over again to verofy my account, it's ridiculous i've already verified it onc ein relation to this problem. 😞

funny hwen I ask to speak to amnager int he past about problems they claim you can't, i've been reporting this issue for a weke today now since it started! couldn't send them screen caps through their e-mail box on the website whihc is ridiculous they don't give you na option to attach image. but you can contact them via their facebook page and sned screen cpas through the message sof what you see. they sending me round in circles ot be honest. after 2 days I aks agian then they ask me to verify my acocunt again and aks me the smae quesiotns again i alreayd explained. i was blwoing my top nd why should need ot keep authenticiating my account for the smae issue and i'ts obivous i've alreayd atheicate dmy acocunt becuase they won't continue to speak to you through messneger until you have done so, which I have a backlog of communications fomr them this last week. i'ts driving me mnetal. I've seen many across facebook have this issue and across the world the message comes up in their own language as well. clearly ebay are appologing for some interruption but what???

My I politely ask, who told you you cannot speak to a manager?
On this forum it is moderated by managers for any restricted content, bad language, naming and shaming etc. so managers are around, and if you tag them, when they appear their posts are encircled in blue, and anyone here can call on the Community Managers for assistance.

Thanks for getting back to us about this one. I can see Jessica previously reported this to our tech team for you, and I can see they were unable to replicate the issue. They said "If issue still persist please provide step by step actions in detail , Date and time stamp when member tried to share listing ,URL of the issue page ,browser version details or short video for the same so that we will review and process further." If you could possibly share a screen recording or the link and screenshots again, I'll escalate this for you ~ Amy

I have linked in with the team who got the reports through Facebook. As we have 5 users reporting the issue here on this thread along with screenshot proof I logged it with tech this morning. While I don't have a timescale its currently being looked into to resolve. Once I get an update from them I will post back here.
Anyone else who is experiencing the issue and adds to the thread I will add your account to the ticket.
