Not receiving 2FA codes via SMS

Anyone else not receiving 2FA codes via SMS recently?

 

I can't log in on my personal account, as even though it doesn't have 2FA set up on it, as it insists on sending a verification code via SMS (no other option available) which don't ever arrive? It also doesn't offer any other way of verifying other than SMS.

 

I have logged in on this account, as it offers to send the code via email which does work.  I can also see that in December the codes did work, as they are on my phone. Reset the network setting on the phone, checked for blocked senders etc.

 

o2 are insisting that it's an Ebay problem as I do get SMS from Amazon, PayPal etc

Its a regular problem I get on my business account but not on my private account. Same phone so convinced its an Ebay issue. The solution I find is to restart the phone then request the code. So far that has been the solution for me.

Still not resolved, and there doesn't seem to be a way to resolve it.

 

I don't have 2FA via SMS activated on my accounts for this very reason - if for any reason you can't access the phone, or the 2FA SMS isn't working - there is no way to actually access the account, and Customer Services cannot do anything about it at all.
