Ebay suddenly put my payments on hold until they verified my bank account, it seems they could not verify the one that is on there so i have tried to add another one but it is not letting me change it, it keeps saying they cant verify when i hit save.
I have spoke to an advisor on the chat multiple times with no result, i have had them phone me and me phone them but both times they have put the phone down on me.
Honestly i feel like they are witholding my funds for there own benefit at this point but can anyone help me with this, i have been trying to resolve this for a couple of weeks now and I am worried more restrictions are going to be put on my account when all i want to do is add a new bank account.

However, when this error comes up, it is normally due to the wrong details being entered, or the information that is being entered doesn't match the one in your eBay account, like your name, for example. I would recommend double checking that just to be safe, and if after that you run into the same issue, I'd suggest getting back in touch with our customer service team.

Hi this has happened to me too I changed my details but realised it was wrong and my payout has gone to someone else's account but eBay are saying I've received it but I haven't.
When trying to change it through the app just keeps buffering.
