Not able to set a dispatch time

Hi

I've been trying to list a few items tonight and I'm not able to set dispatch time. I'm just getting error messages and it not letting me go any further than this. 

There's no drop down for the amount of days until dispatch everything else's drop downs are there.

Yesterday worked perfectly its started playing up today. 

Is anyone else struggling or know a solution.

Is this still happening to you? If so, did you try again from the browser and not the app to see if that works for you? I've just seen a similar report, but I haven't been able to replicate the issue myself, so if you have more information on this, I'd appreciate it.
