New feedback system

The new feedback system is terrible, the old system was much more intuitive and easy to use.

I now have to click multiple times to leave feedback for multiple items, this is I believe leading to people no longer leaving feedback as it is no longer easy.

Whereas before I could leave feedback for multiple items on a single page I have to click on each item and leave feedback for a single item. Then click the next item, rinse repeat.

You need to bring back a single page where you can select multiple items at the same time and leave feedback on one hit.

I've been a user of ebay since way back when you first started in the late 90s early 2000s and unfortunately the  interface and features seem to have gone down hill.

I will agree to disagree, that is indeed the page that you get taken to, to leave feedback.

When you go to submit feedback for any item in the list it opens a new window which you have to enter the feedback in and click OK.

You cannot provide feedback for multiple items with a single-click (you could do this before they changed the feedback system). The user experience for leaving feedback on multiple items is poor, as it is now a laborious, time intensive task.

I'm glad your previous comment got removed - no need to bring personal insults into a thread about a valid technical issue following updates to the feedback system.

It is a bad move for everyone - I can already see that my last few buyers have failed to leave any feedback, whereas previously before the update it was rare to not receive feedback. 

Sometimes I purchase multiple items from the same seller, for example 10 items. The new system forces me to open each item individually and leave feedback separately for each (opening a new window and closing it each time).

I have a background in software engineering and also work in end user computing and understand that user experience is paramount. Hoping that eBay consider revising the new system to add the ability to leave feedback for multiple items from a single page.

Not everyone has mountains of time to sit leaving feedback for every single item one-by-one. I choose to spend my time wisely which is why I stopped leaving feedback as soon as I realised how bad the new system is.
