Need help signing in

I’m asking on behalf of my partner, he no longer has access to the mobile number he used to authenticate himself. He tried changing it and took the picture of his ID and a selfie and it gets rejected, it then asks him to sign in to get help but he can’t as he needs to confirm his number lol. Any help ?

You partner will need to reach out to Customer Support. They should be able to verify they are the account holder and help them log in.
