I seem to be having a problem with nectar card. I've linked it multiple times today, and received emails to say it's linked, but ebay just keeps asking me to link it again.

@tiztunes and @theregoesatenner, I have been advised that the issue is now resolved for you. Please just relink your eBay and Nectar accounts and that should work for you no problem.
For those whose accounts are unlinked after successful linking, can you please clear cache & cookies, try linking the account and let me know if that still doesn't work, so we can look into this further.
All, as for creating vouchers that is a separate issue, can you please create a new thread so we can track them separately. Also, when creating a thread, please elaborate what is happening when creating a voucher, is there any error message, page not responding?

Hi,
I spoke to Nectar and they could see no problems on my account and no hold due to suspicious activity so it looks like it's eBay's fault. I have tried again numerous times this morning and still cannot create vouchers.

I had the exact same thing!! I have re link them but now nothing I buy in ebay is showing as points and yesterday after double checking my account's were linked I brought something with the extra x 5 points and that is not showing either 😫

I posted on here a few days ago, with the same issues, I took another contributers advice of retyping my nectar number manually (rather than just leaving the nectar number login autofilled) and clearing my cookies / cache from my Internet toolbar and one or the other actions has now corrected it. Its been fine for 24 hours now. I then purchased something yesterday on the 5 X nectar offer for £29 and my ebay nectar page is only showing 29 points but Im pretty sure I had this before where they update to bonus points after about 7 days, but I will check in a few days whether this is the case.

YES!!!! This did it... manually entering the number instead of auto fill has cleared the issue and I have been able to create vouchers...At last!!! Thanks

@tiztunes, I double-checked with the team, and they confirmed that it should be resolved. Could you please try clearing cache & cookies and try 'Link account' once again. Even if you see an error message, it should allow you to relink and upon successful linking the error message should disappear. If that still doesn't work, please let me know.
@dimeco83, if your Nectar account was linked with eBay during eligible purchases, your points will be added automatically.

anita@ebay- I'm back, with yet more eBay/Nectar linking issues.
My accounts were linked, as confirmed on my eBay and Nectar accounts.
I looked at my Nectar page on eBay earlier today. There was a big banner telling me to link my accounts.
As you can see from the attached screenshot, my accounts were unlinked again at 02:30 on 21 Nov and 11:08 on Nov 21. How could the accounts be unlinked at 11:08 when they had already been unlinked at 02:30 earlier the same day (with no relinking inbetween these two events)?
In any case, I did not perform either of these unlinking actions. The first unlinking mentioned above (02:30 on Nov 21) occurred when I was fast asleep! And I certainly didn't unlink accounts at 11:08 yesterday - why would I after all the trouble I've had with linking and creating vouchers?
I have relinked accounts yet again (see top entry on screenshot - 13:22 on Nov 22, today), but have no confidence that this will remain the case.
There are now multiple current threads on the Community pages detailing these issues, and something is clearly very, very wrong.

As mentioned earlier, there was an issue on the Nectar 's side which caused some eBay and Nectar accounts being delinked. It should be fully resolved now.

Because we know everything on ebay 'is working as it was designed to work'!
My account was delinked - it wasn't done by Nectar, it wasn't done by me. Now, let me think, who does that leave ... 🤔😏

I'm also experiencing an issue trying to link my Nectar account with my eBay account.
1. I click 'Link Account' on the below page in eBay and follow the instructions. I get an email saying that the accounts have successfully linked however when I check eBay again it just refreshes the below page:
2. In Nectar, it says that my account is linked to eBay:
I have tried clearing cache/cookies and get the same result. Could you please take a look at this?

My nectar card is successfully linked but it will not allow me to collect any points on my purchases and it has been that way for a while. I don't get the usual 'you will collect X nectar points for this purchase' at checkout and I haven't been given any points even though my account is linked.
I tried de-linking and re-linking and I still have the issue.

Looking at your account I can see that your Nectar account was successfully linked with eBay and points for your latest purchases have been added to the balance. Please let me know if there is any further assistance you need.

Having the same problem 😡 Saved points all year to use at Christmas and going round it circles, Appears to be a eBay glitch which needs to be sorted ASAP!!!

There was an issue on the Nectar's side which caused some eBay and Nectar accounts being delinked.
The issue was fully resolved, and I have double-checked with the specialised team, they confirmed that you should be able to relink your accounts now with no problems.
