Nectar Voucher Value Only Showing £2.00 Instead of £2.50

I just made an eBay purchase, and decided to part-fund it using my Nectar points, which I knew should be just over 500 points.

On going to the on-site Nectar page, I saw I do indeed have about what I expected: 524 points.

However, instead of being offered a £2.50 voucher for redeeming 500 of them, it is showing they are only 'worth' £2.00.

Everything I can find here in the T&Cs, etc., still states 500 points = £2.50.

Anyone else experiencing similar, or have any idea why the drop in value?

In this scenario, the best thing to do would be contacting Nectar directly as we are unable to manage Nectar points over here. To contac them, you can email them at nectar_helpline@custhelp.com or call them at 0344 811 0811 (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am to 5:00pm).

You haven't answered the question and I have the same question, Are 500 points still worth £2.50 or has their value been reduced, surely you would know that ???
