Money dissappeared

Hi, 

I had some money in my balance for some reason, I am now on zero. Please has anyone ever experienced that? I didn’t do anything in my account so I don’t understand how I got charged.

You don't appear to have sold anything recently. When was the last time you checked your eBay balance?

Any funds in your eBay balance are automatically transferred to your bank account once every quarter (beginning of Jan, Apr, Jul, and Sep) so that may be the reason why it is now showing zero.  Check whether you received anything into your bank account at the beginning of April.
