Not able to withdraw my money

I sold a phone on the 12th May and my bank account has been verified as I had the deposit in my account 2 weeks ago. The withdraw icon is still greyed out even though the balance is showing as available. I’ve contacted customer services several times now and have been told

it should have been available by the 19th May and would be passed to the technical department but I have still not heard from them! I am owed over £500 and haven’t  been able to get my money.

It's probably because you are a new seller and the value of item may have triggered a payment hold.

The buyer has 30 days from receipt to open a return request under Ebays MBG, hence the hold.

Stating "no returns" on a listing means zilch if the buyer were to open a "not as described" claim.

Is this still happening to you? If so, are your funds showing as available but the button to withdraw is greyed out, or are the funds still showing as being held?

they are showing as available as eBay balance but the withdraw button is greyed out.

I was checking for you there, and I can see you've contacted our customer service team, and they've addressed this for you.
