Merchant Integration Platform (MIP) - CSV Upload Error

I'm trying to update the quantity available for our listings via CSV upload to MIP.

I keep getting an error message like: The locale is missing for ProductID xxxxxx. Add a Locale value for this item.

I have added a column with the header Locale and tried values like en_GB but no success.

Anyone come across this?
