Hi, Does anyone know how I can clear down an order that has been marked as dispatched but is still showing in the "Manage orders awaiting dispatch" filtered list of orders?
This order was only unusual in that we did a partial refund, as we only had half the order in stock. It was also a Global Shipping Programme order, if that's in any way relevant to the issue.
Screenshot attached. Each time we mark it as dispatched it says its already dispatched (we've done it several times but still it shows here!)
