Can anyone help by giving me information on how to get my original account back… I’m not sure why it disappeared/changed, but I’m trying to find proof of an old purchase I made?

Log out of this ID, then clear cookies or use a different browser and you should be able to log into your other account.

Any chance you could share more information on this? As in are you getting an error when you try to log in to your account? Did you forget a password, or are you trying to find an old account you haven't used in a while?
