Layout not working, Buttons not working.

Last few weeks the layout has gone bizzare . If looking at an item. the main body of the site is all picture. If you try to navigate through the gallery nothing changes.  the buttons to place a bid are not working, The save  item button, not working. All the writing is bunched up . see picture how it now looks on e-bay

A few other people have had similar problems this week so it's probably ebay but have you tried clearing cookies or using a different browser?
