International Shipping drop down menu on postage not working properly.

There seems to be an issue with the international country list on the drop down menu for shipping. My partner and I have noticed this on both our shops. My partner has an international customer wanting to purchase something but his country is not showing despite the GSP option set. In fact it shows NO other countries and is stuck on UK delivery only, despite the listing stating international delivery available via GSP. Anyone else got any issues? The country isn't blocked. Ebay must be losing LOTS of money on missed sales due to this glitch if it's worldwide or even just in UK! It is just a few listings that are affected in our shops. NB. They do have the place of manufacture added, so that is not the issue.

I just checked your two most expensive listings and International Postage was displaying correctly. Is the Buyer in USA? (GSP recently turned USA off again!) If that is the case, you can add Custom International Postage to the States.

If that's not the solution, I would contact CS as there have been many posts about GSP being glitchy recently.

You can check these forums for several posts regarding GSP issue to e.g. Europe in the last fortnight or so, and to USA going back to the start of the tariffs talk.

And there was also (and maybe still is) an issue with international buyers not getting postage prices on ebay.co.uk (and so not being able to pay) but post prices were shown on ebay.com (or any other country site) for the same item and they could checkout there.

I'm actually having this exact same problem with the Royal Mail website now!

The only country that is coming up is United Kingdom!

I am having this issue too - I can only see UK as an option on the drop down menu. I have emailed Royal Mail but not sure how long they will take to respond.
