Is this still happening for you? Can you try clearing cache and cookies to see if it helps. If its still impacting you can you share what browser you use and a screenshot of the error failure message?

I have checked and they have opened it as a bug with tech so its being looked into.  They will update you once there is a fix. Once we get an update here I'll post back on the thread also.

Excellent, I hope they will do fast , we they promise as high priority, due to I have to update urgently my adverts otherwise I will get lots of problems with clients due to out of stock items

Unfortunately we do not have exact timeframes for resolutions as some issues can be more complex. 

Once there there is an update on a fix we will let you know.

Well it team said that is urgent priority, and they said 24 will be fixed and someone will come back to me, no one didn't, and definitely they said 48 all adverts will be sorted. So why they lie to me then ?

They do aim to try and get it resolved as soon as possible so 48 hours is usually the guideline for this. I'll feedback this back to the team who took your contact and initially reported the issue. I have checked the ticket on this side and can see its still being worked on by tech. When I receive an update on a fix I will let you know here.

Don't tell me that, as I was rang customer band they said 48 h to sort problem, now you said you don't have timeframes, as always you make people confuse, and we don't know who say true and where to believe.

Is over week problem not sorted 

Very bad customer service, very bad experience, and ignorance form your side to fix issues, no phone calls even as was also promised to sort problem.

I understand that you really want to have this fixed. However we don't have control over the timescale on resolutions. I continue to check the tech issue from this side and I don't have any further update right now. It is still being worked on.  If you haven't tried already as I know the tech issue was logged through customer support can you try other browsers to see if you still get the downstream failure message.

 

Once I have confirmation of it being fixed I will let you know back here.
