Help! Lost positive feedback

Hello,

Today I registered as a business seller and I went from 40 positive feedbacks to only 6!

Where has the other 34 gone? It's the same account. It seems to be only affecting my feedback profile on the app. On a webpage it does show as 40 still - confused!

It's probably just an issue with the app, but you are still showing as a private seller on both.  Opening a shop is mot the same thing as upgrading to a business account.

I've a look on my eBay app and it's only showing sellers feedback that they received for selling.

I can see all my own feedback but the filters missing on sellers feedback to see whether it's received as a buyer or seller.

Don't know if it's a glitch or deliberate.

But the app feedback page has always been rubbish.
