What's the issue? e.g. You want to reset it but can't? or ebay keeps asking you to reset it? something else?
It would probably help to show a screenshot (remove any personal info) e.g. with any ebay messages displayed - or copy them word for word.
Is this on the app? mobile web browser? computer web browser?
