Checkout problems & Unable to withdraw payment to Bank

Since about 11.55pm last night I am UNABLE to checkout to purchase items using my eBay balance or WITHDRAW the cash to my bank account instead. Anyone else having problems?

I haven't seen any reports suggesting these issues, are you getting an error or the options to do this are greyed out? Please let me know more.

yes, i have same problem. I spoke to ebay 50 times. Never got help. Ebay will tell you that you have virus, that you should try to withdraw your money from different devices, or browsers…,

stop lying. You are making money of our money. There is plenty people on social media, who has same problem with ebay.
