Global shipping postal Preferences. I do not ship to USA or Germany but recently l have had orders from Germany which should not be happening as it says in postal prefs clearly l do not ship there due to the German packaging rules, have checked every order that has slipped through and its there in B&W l do not ship to Germany , have cancelled these orders every time and spoken to Ebay who say l am correct in what l say and they would pass to tech dept, am sick to death of keep ringing them, they say will get back to be with the tech results but they never do, anyone else getting this problem?
