Feedback glitch

On Thursday i got a message from a really happy buyer who wanted to leave feedback and couldnt, i got on the phone to eBay and they say ' they are aware of it and are working on a fix' i have just had another buyer wanting to credit me with positive feedback but still cant.

Does anyone know if eBay are trying to fix this issue?

Hi, Please remove my reply which appears under the sellers feeback, my message was in the contact seller, I asked him to post to a different address, not sure why it's gone under the feedback, can this be removed ??

We wouldn't take actions on feedback over this channel, if you wish to get a feedback removed, please ask your seller to send you a feedback revision form, or contact our customer service team for review.

 having exact same  problem , I want to leave some Positive feedback for item I have received  last week  but  the link is not loading ??????????

But ebay are sending me messages  about me not giving feedback     what is the problem

I have tried to leave good feedback for a supplier. but eBay came back with... "Feedback no longer applicable.", or similar. 

Then had the audacity to send me an email say that I need to laeve feedback!!! It makes my blood boil!! I always leave feedback! I even sent the seller a message saying that I had tried to leave feedback, but eBay, in its stupidity had stopped it!!!!!!!

Defo not fixed as I am having problems trying to leave feedback on purchases. I get reminders but when I try to do as asked, I get a notification to say I've already left feedback.... annoying!

Hi, i get requests for Feedback, which i always leave, but when i check the Sellers Profile my Feedback has not been added!. Happened 3-4 times now. This is a new problem. Thanks.

There is defo an issue with ebay fb but sometimes I find my fb if I go into the sellers fb section, select the filter and opt for 'most recent'. It then shows.

They do need to fix whatever is stopping immediate fb being displayed at the top of page though.

Thanks yellowgirl33!, have just acted on your advice, and sure enough my Feedback-Left is now on view!.              Never used to have to do this though. In the context of Feedback, i am not really sure what the setting, Most Relevant means??.

I too am am having this problem, I'm a buyer and want to leave feedback for the seller but can't, I'm able to write the feedback, click the stars and even upload photos but there it no submit button at the bottom of the page, yet ebay keeps reminding me to leave feedback. This needs fixing ASAP!

Hi. I have been unable to leave feedback on any items for the past 2 days. It will let you fill out details but no blue confirm option at the bottom. I have done cookies, re installed but nothing. Please advise

Hi. I've got the same problem. I complete the feedback form but there is no send button after the photo option. I hope someone can resolve this so that I can send positive feedback.

Same problem here buddy. Even tried to include photo as they seem to be trying to force you to ! Still no send button.

You can try to do this on a desktop if you're currently using the app, but you're not alone,  many are affected,  as we have  been told there's a site technical issue that eBay are aware of and working to solve the issue.

You do have  60 days in which you can leave feedback, so a lot of time to leave it later,  when the issue is fixed.
