Feedback glitch

On Thursday i got a message from a really happy buyer who wanted to leave feedback and couldnt, i got on the phone to eBay and they say ' they are aware of it and are working on a fix' i have just had another buyer wanting to credit me with positive feedback but still cant.

Does anyone know if eBay are trying to fix this issue?

I'm having a problem leaving feedback for my purchases...you fill it all in but doesn't scroll up to reveal the blue button "Leave feedback". Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes having the same problem fill it all in but can't send it  this has been over the last couple of days annoying because I always like to send feedback

I am having the same problem. I have tried to leave feedback for a number of items but there is no blue button at the end of the page.

This has been happening for a couple of weeks.

Are you having this issue on a mobile app or on a browser? There was an issue with this a while back on the app. The fix was rolled out in an update.

Hi , 

As a seller, I noticed that feedback is not counted from buyers (different, in many categories). From what I see, not even 80 of feedback has been added and is only increasing. The only ones that are added are when I buy something.

If a buyer leaves you feedback it will be added to your total score, however,  if a buyer buys muiltiples of items from you within a 7 day period ,  say 5 items,  and leaves 5 feedbacks,  then only one feedback will register.

This is to stop friends / family members, buying mulitples of cheaper items from a seller within a short period of time,  and  leaving multiple good feedbacks , thus bumping up a feedback score showing  a ' responsible good trustworthy seller'.

The problem is that I don't receive from my buyers even when I see that all of them should be 480+ on my account, only those that are counted are when I buy something.

I have just downloaded the new app and it won't let me leave any feedback.

I am having the same issue, i sold 4 items and cannot receive or leave feedback for them and the money has cleared and sitting in my account and buyers have all confirmed they have the items but cannot leave feedback either?

I have been having problems for about the last 3 months approximately, had a spill on my chromebook and thought it was because of that but I notice it says Share feedback. Get so far down then it wont go any further.  You will notice that I have a number of cases where I have been unable to give feedback. will you be able to sort it out for me.  It would be most appreciated.  many thanks.
