Failed messages

I have been trying to message a seller to get an invoice but the messages fails all the time, been doing it now for over two months.

If you mean "2 months" with 1 seller i'm guessing the transaction will have been cancelled by now.

No I got the item or items, but every time I receive his goods there is no
invoice, so I messaged him on Ebays and it says 'message failed'. Anyway I
managed to find his external website and messaged him from there. Let's
see what happens. I don't know if there is a technical fault with the
messaging. Anyway thank you for getting back to me.
