Evri Tracking not Showing any information

I sold and item (297471611767) and posted straight away, I added the tracking number and carrier correctly and nothing has ever updated on the eBay system and does not even show the item as being dispatched however if you click on the tracking number iv entered within eBay it takes you to eBay and shows the item as being delivered  this is getting really frustrating now as the item was delivered last night I'm still waiting to get paid

The tracking should be showing as updated for that item and the funds should now also be available.
