Error sending out offers on my listing's

Where items are eligible to send offers out to potential buyers, whenever I send offers out it reports back with an error saying 1 offer wasn't sent out.  This happens on all eligible listing's. 

Anyone else having issues sending offers out?

Have spoken to support who say its a technical fault with my account.....and it will.be escalated ( I don't have much confidence in it being escalated or it being resolved quickly)

If you are using the eBay app, try using a browser.

If you are using a mobile browser, try using a desktop browser.

There is an open tech issue for this, but all the reports so far are just happening on the App. 

Just to confirm, are you getting the error while using the App or is it on the web too?

It was the app but seems to be working now.

Atleast i can send offers out now to maybe get sales so that i don't loose my top rated seller badge....

Maybe if ebay didn't mess about with listings so that they don't get hidden or lost within all the oversea listings being prioritised in ebay uk site, also if the search worked properly on the site UK sellers would have a better chance of sale conversion!
