Email problem

As of today I have not received any eBay emails confirming what items sold…what items didn’t and when buyers pay, I have not had any emails confirming.

I have not altered any eBay account settings, so can’t understand it.

any help would be appreciated

Better just check your settings

you know how glitchy ebay can be for various reasons 

i hadn’t touched them either but I went to have a look after reading this post …and  under emails the “when item sells “ wasn’t checked

same here the check box wasnt checked even though i havent changed any settings

It’s under my eBay / account / communication preferences 

ones marked in red are on browser

yellow are on  the app 

there’s actually more settings but these should do

Brilliant…I have altered the sold didn’t sell etc…how do I find shortcuts please?

Shortcuts appears on my iPad as I use the app

but it’s just a title for everything under it which are clickable ie

selling ,  my garage (whatever that is lol)

it’s all a bit silly, it was fine before 

now I need a shortcut from a page that doesn’t have much on it in first place ?

shortcuts would be good in the browser version which seems so complicated to get around and find things  …but I have no idea if there is one or where
