I can’t log in the app on my IPad or IPhone , have restarted the app, changed password and restarted the device . Anyone else ? I’m a business and need to list items 😡

Some members are still reporting this issue, it has improved, but since we are getting few reports suggesting the same issue, this is still ongoing. However, the latest version of the eBay app (6.246.0.1) requires android 12 and up and IOS 18 or later, can I confirm with you that your devices are running that version or newer?

I’m still having the same issue and my IOS is 26.3. Latest version. I’m assuming the others still on this thread haven’t had their issues resolved either.

I'm having the same issue and getting this "something went wrong" error when trying to login with my mobile app in iPhone 16 (IOS 26.3). Looking forward to see a resolution shortly.
