Can someone please advise me? All of my eBay items? Well primarily majority has been delivered according to Evri. But when I check my Ebay system, it only states tracking number provided but when I go into the Evri website I can see all the transit and every other steps.
I realise other people have somewhat similar issues and has been an ongoing issue for awhile. Has anyone been able to resolve this? As I have spoken to somebody from Ebay life chat and they have told me somebody from the Ebay off-line teams will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours, but I'm just really concerned that I will not get a response back. Awesome comments where people said the system is lagging due to bank holidays and the weekend then again I see comments where it says normally people don't get this issues. This is the first time this is happening to me so can somebody please advise me what I can do?
